Three-Color Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 3/4 cups of vanilla frosting.
02 - A couple of 11-oz bags (22 ounces total) of white chocolate chips.
03 - Green gel food coloring, about 1 teaspoon.
04 - 1 teaspoon of red gel food coloring.

# Instructions:

01 - Use parchment to line an 8x8 pan and leave some paper hanging over the edges.
02 - Gently heat frosting and chocolate in a double boiler on medium-low.
03 - Every few minutes, give it a stir until it's totally smooth (about 8-10 minutes).
04 - Separate the chocolate mixture into three parts.
05 - Mix the red coloring in one section, the green in another, and keep the last bit plain.
06 - Drop spoonfuls (2 tablespoons each) of each color in the pan, then swirl them around with a knife to make a pretty design.
07 - Pop it uncovered into the fridge for 1-2 hours.
08 - Pull the fudge out of the pan by lifting the parchment.
09 - Wait about 20 minutes, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.

# Notes:

01 - Fudge sets quickly, so don't waste time.
02 - Avoid any water near the chocolate or it'll clump up.
