Slice salmon into cubes about 1 inch each. Mix salmon with oil, garlic and onion powders, paprika, cayenne if you're using it, plus salt and pepper.

On medium-high heat, cook salmon chunks for a few minutes on each side until they’re crispy and golden.

Spread salmon on a baking tray with parchment. Cook at 400°F for about 10-12 minutes.

At 375°F, air fry salmon for 8-10 minutes. Flip halfway through so both sides crisp up.

In a small bowl, stir mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime until smooth and creamy.

Stir the salmon in the sauce until coated, or pour it over the top. Serve and enjoy while it's hot.
