→ Sauce Ingredients

08 - Mayonnaise (1/4 cup)
09 - Thai-style sweet chili sauce (2 tablespoons)
10 - Sriracha (1 teaspoon)
11 - Honey (1 teaspoon)
12 - Lime juice (1/2 teaspoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Slice salmon into cubes about 1 inch each. Mix salmon with oil, garlic and onion powders, paprika, cayenne if you're using it, plus salt and pepper.
02 - On medium-high heat, cook salmon chunks for a few minutes on each side until they’re crispy and golden.
03 - Spread salmon on a baking tray with parchment. Cook at 400°F for about 10-12 minutes.
04 - At 375°F, air fry salmon for 8-10 minutes. Flip halfway through so both sides crisp up.
05 - In a small bowl, stir mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime until smooth and creamy.
06 - Stir the salmon in the sauce until coated, or pour it over the top. Serve and enjoy while it's hot.

# Notes:

01 - You can cook the salmon on the stove, in the oven, or in an air fryer.
02 - For less or more heat, tweak the amount of sriracha and cayenne.
03 - The sauce can sit in the fridge for a bit if you make it ahead.
