Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta (Printable Recipe Version)

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 8 ounces of spaghetti or fettuccine noodles.
02 - 1 pound of large shrimp, deveined and peeled.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon optional smoked paprika.
04 - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying.
05 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice.
06 - 1 tablespoon of honey for sweetness.
07 - 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
10 - 4 minced garlic cloves, used separately.
11 - 1-2 tablespoons of Sriracha for spice.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Blend salt, smoked paprika, and pepper over shrimp. Toss them around in cornstarch till they’re nicely covered.
02 - Cook shrimp in a skillet with oil till both sides turn golden and crisp, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
03 - Cook pasta till just tender. Save some of the water before draining.
04 - Combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, sweet chili sauce, honey, lime juice, and garlic in a bowl. Whisk together until smooth.
05 - Heat a bit of olive oil, toss in garlic for a quick sauté, add the pasta and sauce mix. Toss shrimp back in, coating them evenly.
