Toss sausage and pasta with tomato sauce in just one pot. Quick and no-fuss cleanup.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main

01 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
02 - 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti noodles
03 - 16 ounces Italian sausage links

→ Sauce Base

04 - Crushed red pepper flakes, add as much or as little as you want
05 - 3 cups beef broth
06 - 1 teaspoon sugar
07 - 3-4 cloves garlic, smashed or minced
08 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
09 - 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
10 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
11 - Half a teaspoon dried oregano

→ For Serving

12 - Salt and pepper, your call
13 - Parmesan, freshly grated
14 - A handful of parsley or basil, chopped up

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Soon as the cheese melts after tossing, scoop into bowls and pile on your favorite toppings. Let the mozzarella get gooey with the lid on for 5 minutes first. Kill the heat before this step.
02 - Tumble in your uncooked spaghetti once the sauce bubbles. Let it cook uncovered for about 12 minutes and give it a stir now and then so nothing sticks.
03 - Throw in tomato paste and garlic, let them sizzle for a minute. Next toss in your beef broth, canned tomatoes, and all those spices. Get everything stirred up.
04 - Crank up the heat to medium-high. Cook the sausage about 8-10 minutes, bust it up while you go. Pour off the extra grease when it’s brown enough.

# Extra Information:

01 - Feel free to add extra liquid anytime it looks dry
02 - Go with ground sausage or just take it out of the casing
03 - You’ll end up with plenty of saucy goodness
