Combine sugar with the flour, mix butter in until crumbly, then press firmly into your 9x13 pan. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

Beat sour cream, drained pineapple, vanilla, eggs, and sugar together till it's nice and blended.

Spread the pineapple mixture evenly on top of the crust. Put it back in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until it's set.

Let it cool all the way, then sprinkle powdered sugar on top before slicing into pieces.
