Easy Sautéed Mushrooms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound sliced mushrooms (button or cremini).
02 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
03 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
04 - 4 cups washed spinach.
05 - Salt and pepper as needed.
06 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
07 - Optional: chopped parsley for topping.
08 - Optional: a pinch of red pepper flakes.

# Instructions:

01 - Wash the spinach, chop mushrooms, mince the garlic, and squeeze the lemon.
02 - Warm up the oil, toss in the mushrooms, and let them brown for 5-7 minutes.
03 - Mix in the garlic and cook another couple minutes till you smell it.
04 - Throw in the spinach, season, and drizzle with lemon juice at the end.

# Notes:

01 - You can make it creamier by adding cream.
02 - For a bit of spice, sprinkle on red pepper flakes.
