Whip the softened butter in a bowl until it's fluffy and airy, which should take about 3 minutes.

Slowly pour in the condensed milk while mixing. Keep beating for 2 minutes to make it smooth.

Combine baking powder and flour with the butter mix. Mix gently until it just comes together.

Use a scoop to portion the dough evenly, placing each piece 2 inches apart on a lined tray.

Pop the tray in the oven at 320°F. Bake for around 12 minutes until they're barely firm.

Let them sit on the tray for 5 minutes. Sprinkle on plenty of confectioners sugar while they cool on a rack.
