Milk Snowball Cookies (Printable Recipe Version)

These buttery treats are sweetened with condensed milk and covered in powdered sugar. Great for celebrations or everyday indulgence.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - Confectioners sugar for sprinkling, 1/2 cup.
02 - Baking powder, 3 teaspoons.
03 - Sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup.
04 - All-purpose flour, 2 cups.
05 - Butter, softened, 1 cup.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Whip the softened butter in a bowl until it's fluffy and airy, which should take about 3 minutes.
02 - Slowly pour in the condensed milk while mixing. Keep beating for 2 minutes to make it smooth.
03 - Combine baking powder and flour with the butter mix. Mix gently until it just comes together.
04 - Use a scoop to portion the dough evenly, placing each piece 2 inches apart on a lined tray.
05 - Pop the tray in the oven at 320°F. Bake for around 12 minutes until they're barely firm.
06 - Let them sit on the tray for 5 minutes. Sprinkle on plenty of confectioners sugar while they cool on a rack.
