# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
02 - 2 teaspoons of spiced rum, like Captain Morgan.
03 - 3 large eggs.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, pure.
05 - ½ cup melted real butter.
06 - 1 cup full-fat eggnog.
07 - ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, ground.
08 - ½ teaspoon of salt.
09 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
10 - ½ teaspoon of nutmeg, ground.
11 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
12 - 1 (3.4 oz) package vanilla pudding mix.
13 - 1 tablespoon spiced rum (Rum Glaze).
14 - ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (Rum Glaze).
15 - 2-3 tablespoons eggnog (Rum Glaze).
16 - 1 cup powdered sugar (Rum Glaze).

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F and coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with spray.
02 - Stir together the eggnog, sugar, vanilla, rum, and eggs in a big bowl.
03 - Pour in the melted butter and mix till it's smooth.
04 - In a different bowl, stir together flour, salt, nutmeg, pudding mix, baking powder, and cinnamon.
05 - Slowly add the dry mix to the wet mix. Combine just enough to blend it all.
06 - Transfer the batter into the loaf pan you greased earlier.
07 - Pop it into the oven for 45 minutes. Check if done by inserting a toothpick—it should come out clean.
08 - Leave it in the pan to cool off for about 10 minutes.
09 - Take it out of the pan and move to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
10 - Mix up all the glaze ingredients till you get a smooth texture.
11 - Drizzle the glaze on the loaf while it's still a little warm.
