Turn your oven on to 350°F and coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with spray.

Stir together the eggnog, sugar, vanilla, rum, and eggs in a big bowl.

Pop it into the oven for 45 minutes. Check if done by inserting a toothpick—it should come out clean.
