Greek Chicken Marinade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lemon's juice.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
05 - 2 teaspoons oregano, dried.
06 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic.
07 - 1 teaspoon honey for sweetness.
08 - 1 tablespoon vinegar, red wine kind.
09 - 1/4 cup good olive oil.
10 - 1 pound chicken meat (boneless breast is best).

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together everything for the marinade until smooth.
02 - Put it in a zip bag. Flatten with a mallet to about 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick. Pour marinade in. Squeeze air out of bag and rub it into the meat.
03 - Pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes to 48 hours. Before cooking, let the chicken warm up on the counter for 20 minutes.
04 - Preheat the grill to hot. Rub oil on grates. Cook chicken 2 to 4 minutes per side.
05 - Use medium-high heat. Cook each side 5 to 8 minutes.
06 - Set it to 400°F. Add some butter or oil. Cook for 18 to 20 minutes.
07 - Wait 5 minutes before slicing or serving it.

# Notes:

01 - Freeze it with marinade for 3 months tops.
02 - Do not reuse the marinade.
03 - Chicken's inside temperature should hit 165°F.
