Stir the warm milk and sugar in a big mixing bowl, then sprinkle yeast over it. Let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy, then add in butter, eggs, and salt. Slowly incorporate the flour until you get a fluffy dough.

Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it’s smooth. Move the dough into a greased bowl, cover it up, and leave it to double in size for around 1 to 1.5 hours.

In a small bowl, mash together the softened butter with garlic, parsley, salt, and a dash of pepper until it’s all blended nicely.

Flatten the dough into a 12×18 inch sheet. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over it, roll it up tightly from the longer side, and cut it into 12 slices.

Lay the rolls in a buttered baking pan, let them rise again for about 30 to 45 minutes until they puff up. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
