01 - 10 Medjool dates, pitted
02 - 3-4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
03 - 50 g chopped peanuts
04 - 200 g dark chocolate
05 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil
06 - Pinch of Celtic salt

# Instructions:

01 - Carefully open each date and remove the seeds, creating a cavity for the filling.
02 - Using a Ziploc bag or piping bag, fill each date with creamy peanut butter, ensuring they are generously stuffed, and sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top.
03 - In a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
04 - Dip each filled date into the melted chocolate, coating them entirely, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
05 - Optionally, drizzle melted white chocolate with green food coloring over the chocolate-coated dates. Sprinkle a pinch of Celtic salt and additional chopped peanuts over the top of each date.
06 - Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and allow the chocolate to set for 1-3 hours, or until firm.
