# Ingredients:

01 - 28 ounces ranch style pinto beans, do not drain
02 - 14 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
03 - 14 ounces white beans, do not drain
04 - 14 ounces tomato sauce
05 - 14 ounces diced tomatoes
06 - 14 ounces fire roasted tomatoes with green chile
07 - 7 ounces chopped green chile
08 - 14 ounces yellow corn, drained
09 - 2 tablespoons Mexican spice mix or taco seasoning
10 - Optional: 1-2 pounds cooked meat of your choice

11 - Shredded cheese
12 - Sour cream
13 - Green onions
14 - Corn chips

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, cover with a lid, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 2-10 hours. Alternatively, bring to a boil, simmer for 15 minutes, and serve. The flavors deepen if allowed to simmer for an extended period. Serve with toppings of your choice.
02 - Combine all ingredients in a large crock-pot. Cook on LOW for 8-12 hours. Serve with toppings of your choice.
