Crispy Air Chicken Breast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Olive oil
02 - Chicken breasts without skin or bones

→ Seasoning Rub

03 - Salt
04 - Black pepper
05 - Onion powder
06 - Garlic powder
07 - Italian herb mix
08 - Chili seasoning
09 - Paprika (smoked)

# Instructions:

01 - Leave chicken out for 15-20 minutes to warm up. Stir together the spices.
02 - Drizzle oil over the chicken, then rub all the spice mix evenly on it.
03 - Set air fryer to 375°F. Cook for 8 minutes, flip, then cook for another 5-10 minutes depending on size.
04 - Take chicken out once it’s at 160°F. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it reaches 165°F.

# Notes:

01 - Smaller pieces (about 6oz): 4-5 extra minutes after flipping
02 - Medium pieces (around 8oz): 6-7 extra minutes after flipping
03 - Larger pieces (around 10oz): 8-10 more minutes after flipping
