Marry Me Salmon (Printable Recipe Version)

Juicy salmon cooked in a luscious tomato cream sauce with herbs, parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 3 to 4 salmon fillets, no skin.
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil.
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
04 - 1 tsp dried basil.
05 - 3/4 tsp red chili flakes.
06 - 1/2 tsp thyme (dried).
07 - 1 tsp onion powder.
08 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.
09 - 1/4 tsp salt.
10 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
11 - 1 cup chicken stock, no salt.
12 - 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped.
13 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated.
14 - Fresh basil leaves for topping.
15 - 5 cloves garlic, chopped fine.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Combine spices. Coat salmon with half the mix.
02 - Pan-fry fillets for about 5 mins each side. Remove when done.
03 - Sauté tomatoes and garlic. Add the stock to loosen up bits.
04 - Pour in cream, mix cheese and leftover spices. Let cook for 10-15 mins till creamy.
05 - Put salmon in sauce, cook 3-5 mins. Sprinkle basil before serving.
