Cheesy Corn Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 8 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
03 - 2 whisked eggs
04 - 15.25 oz can drained whole kernel corn
05 - 14.75 oz can creamed corn
06 - 8 oz sour cream
07 - 1/2 stick melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. As it heats, toss all the ingredients except the cheese into a big bowl and stir them up.
02 - Scoop the corn mix into a greased 9 x 13 dish. Smooth it out so it sits evenly.
03 - Scatter the cheddar across the top. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes straight.
04 - Take off the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes to get a golden, bubbly top.
05 - Let it sit for 5 minutes before digging in. This gives it time to firm up.
