Pierogi Kielbasa Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of sharp cheddar, shredded.
02 - 3 green onions, sliced.
03 - 16 oz of frozen pierogies (potato filling).
04 - 14 oz of kielbasa, sliced.
05 - 4 oz of cream cheese, softened.
06 - ½ cup of chicken broth.
07 - ½ cup of sour cream.
08 - ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Coat a 9x13 pan lightly with grease.
02 - Spread the sausage slices and pierogies evenly in the pan.
03 - In a bowl, stir together the pepper, half the green onions, sour cream, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Pour it over the pierogies and sausage.
04 - Cover the pan and bake it for 30 minutes.
05 - Sprinkle the cheddar on top. Leave uncovered and bake for another 10 minutes.
06 - Scatter the leftover green onions on top before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - Any variety of smoked sausage will do.
02 - It stays fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge.
03 - Shred cheese yourself for smoother melting.
