Garlicky Chicken Cheese Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein & Dairy

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
02 - 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
03 - ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
04 - ¼ cup sour cream

→ Aromatics & Seasonings

05 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

→ Base

11 - 4 large tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and cook for just 1-2 minutes until it smells amazing but doesn't brown too much or it'll taste bitter.
02 - Add your cooked chicken to the garlicky butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, some salt and pepper. Stir it all up so the chicken gets coated in all that flavor and warms through nicely.
03 - In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of your shredded cheese until smooth and well combined. Make sure your cream cheese is good and soft before starting.
04 - Take the skillet off the heat and scrape all that tasty chicken into your cheese mixture. Mix everything until it's evenly combined into a gorgeous, cheesy filling.
05 - Lay out your tortillas and divide the chicken mixture between them, spreading it down the center of each one. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla up tightly to make neat wraps.
06 - Heat up a clean skillet over medium heat. Place your wraps seam-side down and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until they're golden brown and crispy and all that cheese inside has melted. Press down gently with a spatula while cooking to help seal them shut.

# Notes:

01 - These wraps are fantastic for using up leftover rotisserie chicken.
02 - You can prep these ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to cook.
03 - Try adding spinach or diced bell peppers for some extra veggies.
