Cajun Chicken Creamy Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 ounces of penne or fettuccine
02 - 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning, split
03 - 2 large chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
04 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil

→ Veggies

05 - 3 minced garlic cloves
06 - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
07 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin

→ Creamy Sauce

08 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
09 - 1 cup chicken stock
10 - Salt and pepper to your taste
11 - 1 cup heavy cream

→ Toppings

12 - Optional - extra Parmesan for sprinkling
13 - Chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle Cajun seasoning on the chicken, then heat oil and cook in a pan for 5-7 minutes till browned nicely. Put aside once done.
02 - Using the same pan, cook the garlic and bell peppers for 2-3 minutes till they're soft but still have a little crunch.
03 - Combine the cream, broth, and leftover Cajun spices. Let this simmer slowly while your pasta cooks.
04 - Toss the cooked pasta, chicken, and Parmesan cheese into the sauce. Stir to coat everything evenly. Adjust the salt and pepper if needed.
