09 - 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut in chunks

10 - 1 tablespoon chopped chives
11 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
13 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
14 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Put your potatoes in a pot, boil until they're soft. Flatten them on a pan, then throw on oil, butter, and your favorite seasonings.
02 - Pop the pan in at 425°F for 20 minutes. Toss on the cheese, stick it back in for another 5 to 7 minutes.
