Combine the warm milk and sugar in a bowl, then sprinkle yeast on top. Wait about 10 minutes for it to foam up. Stir in the melted butter, eggs, and salt. Slowly mix in the flour until you get a soft dough.

Knead the dough on a floured counter for about 7 minutes till smooth. Place it inside a greased bowl, cover it up, and let it sit for 90 minutes, or until it doubles in size.

Combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Roll the dough into a rectangle, about 12x18 inches. Spread the garlic butter over it evenly, roll it up snug from the longer side, and cut into 12 pieces.

Put the rolls in a greased pan, cover them, and let them rest for 45 minutes until they look puffed up.

Pop them in the oven at 350°F for around 25 minutes. They’re done when golden on top. Let them cool slightly before you serve.
