Air Fryer Buffalo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wings

01 - A pound of split chicken wings
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - Season with salt and pepper as you like

→ Buffalo Sauce

04 - 4 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Original Sauce
05 - 2 tbsp butter

→ For Serving

06 - Dressing of either blue cheese or ranch
07 - Crunchy celery pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Set air fryer to 400°F to preheat. Dry wings thoroughly, then coat them with oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
02 - Lay wings out in a single layer. Fry each side for about 10 minutes till crisp.
03 - Warm the butter until melted. Stir it together with the hot sauce in a big mixing bowl.
04 - Roll the cooked wings around in the sauce and enjoy them with your dressing and celery right away.
