Spicy Alfredo Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese & Spices

01 - 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning mix
02 - A cup of grated Parmesan cheese
03 - Half a cup of mozzarella, shredded
04 - Salt and black pepper to your liking

→ Base for Sauce

05 - Half a cup of buffalo-style hot sauce
06 - Two garlic cloves, finely chopped
07 - Two cups of thick, heavy cream
08 - A quarter cup of butter

→ Pasta & Meat

09 - One pound of penne pasta
10 - Two cups of chicken, cooked and pulled apart

# Instructions:

01 - Get a big pot of water boiling, add salt to it. Cook the penne until it's just right (al dente) by checking the package's directions. Drain and leave it aside.
02 - Over medium heat, melt the butter in a large pan. Toss in the minced garlic and cook until aromatic. Then pour in the heavy cream, buffalo sauce, and seasoning mix. Let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
03 - While stirring, slowly add the Parmesan and mozzarella until they’re melted and make the sauce smooth and creamy.
04 - Put in the cooked chicken and penne. Stir until every bit of pasta and chicken is coated evenly in the creamy sauce.

# Notes:

01 - If you like it spicier, add more buffalo sauce.
02 - You can use a variety of cheeses to change things up.
03 - Swap the chicken for mushrooms if you'd like a veggie-friendly dish.
