Sprinkle parmesan all over and serve while it's hot.

Slide it into the oven for around 15 to 20 minutes, just until the cheese is bubbly and you see a golden top.

Add pizza sauce onto the baked dough. Toss on 200 g of shredded mozzarella. Layer over the cooked sausage, then add the pepperoni, olive slices, and peppers. Drop the leftover mozzarella on top.

Cut up the biscuit dough into four parts, lay it out evenly in your baking dish, and pop it in the oven for about 10–12 minutes.

Heat up a medium pan, throw in the Italian sausage, break it up, and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain away the grease with some paper towel when it's done.

Fire up the oven to 200 °C. Spray your 23 x 33 cm casserole dish with a nonstick spray to help avoid sticking.
