Bubble Up Bake (Printable Recipe Version)

Puffy dough, lots of melted cheese, and bold flavors come together for an oven-baked pizza treat.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Dough & Base

01 - 425 ml pizza sauce (one jar)
02 - 425 g chilled canned biscuit dough (two cans of 212.5 g each)

→ Cheese

03 - 25 g parmesan, freshly grated
04 - 250 g mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Meat & Toppings

05 - 140 g pepperoni, about 25 slices
06 - 225 g Italian sausage

→ Veggies

07 - 75 g diced green bell pepper
08 - 100 g black olives, sliced

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Sprinkle parmesan all over and serve while it's hot.
02 - Slide it into the oven for around 15 to 20 minutes, just until the cheese is bubbly and you see a golden top.
03 - Add pizza sauce onto the baked dough. Toss on 200 g of shredded mozzarella. Layer over the cooked sausage, then add the pepperoni, olive slices, and peppers. Drop the leftover mozzarella on top.
04 - Cut up the biscuit dough into four parts, lay it out evenly in your baking dish, and pop it in the oven for about 10–12 minutes.
05 - Heat up a medium pan, throw in the Italian sausage, break it up, and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain away the grease with some paper towel when it's done.
06 - Fire up the oven to 200 °C. Spray your 23 x 33 cm casserole dish with a nonstick spray to help avoid sticking.

01 - Let the biscuit dough puff up nicely—this keeps the base soft and pizza-like. Want to switch things up? Toss on extras like mushrooms or red onion if you feel like it.
