# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ For Assembly

01 - 2 cups Fritos (or Doritos)
02 - 1 cup nacho cheese dip, warmed
03 - 1/2 cup sour cream
04 - 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
05 - 4 burrito-sized flour tortillas

→ For the Filling

06 - 2 cups cooked Mexican rice
07 - 1/4 cup water or beef broth
08 - 1 pound lean ground beef
09 - 1 cup refried beans (optional)
10 - 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning

# Steps to Make It:

01 - If you want a crunchy outside, just pop those burritos in a skillet and cook on medium for about two or three minutes per side till they're good and golden.
02 - Grab each tortilla, then pile on sour cream, shredded cheese, cheese dip, Fritos, rice, and beef in any order you want. Tuck in the sides and wrap 'em up tight.
03 - You'll want to heat up the tortillas under a damp paper towel for under half a minute till they're bendy. Make the Mexican rice per the instructions on its package.
04 - Toss the ground beef into your skillet and cook till browned, then sprinkle in the taco seasoning and pour the broth or water. Let it simmer a minute or two. Now's the time to add beans if you want.

# Extra Information:

01 - Throw in sliced jalapeños or splash on some hot sauce if you like things spicy
02 - Just skip the beef and use beans for an easy veggie-friendly swap
03 - Stick 'em in the freezer for up to a couple months and they’ll still taste great
