Juicy pork chops paired with a buttery cream-and-bacon sauce. Perfect for a fancy dinner in 30 minutes flat.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - Small bacon pieces (6 strips).
02 - Four pork chops.
03 - A pinch of salt and pepper.
04 - Butter, 1 tablespoon.
05 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour.
06 - Half a cup of chicken broth (low sodium).
07 - 1/2 teaspoon squeezed lemon juice.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 3/4 cup thick heavy cream.
10 - Parsley to sprinkle on top.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Slice the bacon into bits and leave pork chops out on the counter for 15-30 minutes to warm up.
02 - Crisp up the bacon over medium heat, about 10 minutes. Take it out, but save 2 tablespoons of grease in the pan.
03 - Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper, then brown them 3-5 minutes per side. Take them out when cooked.
04 - Throw in some butter if there's not enough fat. Stir in flour and cook for half a minute.
05 - Mix in the broth, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Let it simmer a bit, then pour in the cream.
06 - Put the bacon and pork back in. Let everything simmer together for about 3-5 minutes until it thickens up.

# Extra Information:

01 - Stick with pork chops about 0.75-1 inch thick.
02 - Make sure the pork reaches at least 145°F.
03 - Give the meat time to cool before eating.
