Slice the bacon into bits and leave pork chops out on the counter for 15-30 minutes to warm up.

Crisp up the bacon over medium heat, about 10 minutes. Take it out, but save 2 tablespoons of grease in the pan.

Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper, then brown them 3-5 minutes per side. Take them out when cooked.

Throw in some butter if there's not enough fat. Stir in flour and cook for half a minute.

Mix in the broth, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Let it simmer a bit, then pour in the cream.

Put the bacon and pork back in. Let everything simmer together for about 3-5 minutes until it thickens up.
