Soft cinnamon rolls stuffed with apple filling, topped with sweet crumbs, and drizzled with smooth icing.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 2 packs of Pillsbury Grands cinnamon rolls (5 each).
02 - 2 Granny Smith apples, diced and peeled.
03 - 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced and peeled.
04 - 1/3 cup brown sugar for the filling.
05 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon for the filling.
06 - 1 tbsp lemon juice.
07 - 1/4 cup melted butter for the filling.
08 - 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water.
09 - 5 tbsp softened butter for the streusel.
10 - 1/2 cup flour (all-purpose), for streusel.
11 - 1/2 cup brown sugar for the streusel.
12 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon for the streusel.
13 - 1/4 cup melted butter for the icing.
14 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
15 - 2 tbsp milk.
16 - 1/2 tsp vanilla.
17 - 1/2 to 1 tsp ground cinnamon for icing.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Turn your oven to 400°F and let it heat up. Put some butter on your muffin tin to keep things from sticking. Squash cinnamon rolls into each cup and make little pockets for the filling.
02 - Combine the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, melted butter, and the cornstarch mixture. Microwave it until the apples soften up and it thickens.
03 - Stir together the butter, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon until everything clumps into crumbs.
04 - Spoon the cooked apple mixture (strain out the extra liquid first) into the cinnamon roll pockets. Sprinkle the crumbly streusel on top.
05 - Cover the muffin tin loosely with foil. Bake for 5 minutes, then take off the foil, turn the pan, and bake 10 minutes more.
06 - Mix the butter, powdered sugar, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl until it's smooth.
07 - Let the cinnamon roll cups cool for about 5-10 minutes. Drizzle the icing over the top.

# Extra Information:

01 - Go for the bigger cinnamon rolls instead of the smaller ones.
02 - Get rid of any extra apple liquid before using the filling.
03 - Don't press too much dough into the bottom of each muffin cup.
