Toss together chicken, seasonings, and ricotta in a bowl.

Spoon the chicken mix and Alfredo sauce onto noodles, leaving a bare edge.

Roll each noodle tightly toward the empty edge.

Spread sauce over the bottom of a casserole dish, then add the rolled noodles on top.

Pour the last bit of Alfredo sauce over the noodles, then sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover for 10 more.
