Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Potatoes (Printable Recipe Version)

Crunchy potato bites with loads of Parmesan and garlic. Quick to toss together and packed with flavor.

01 - Nonstick spray

→ Cheese and Herbs

02 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped up small
03 - 50 g Parmesan, grated fresh

→ Seasonings

04 - 0.5 tsp black pepper, ground fresh
05 - 2 tbsp olive oil
06 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped up small
07 - 1 tsp coarse sea salt

→ Veggies

08 - 700 g starchy potatoes, cubed about 2.5 cm

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Bake them for another 5 to 10 minutes so they turn crisp and golden like you want.
02 - Shake your basket or use tongs to flip the potatoes gently. That way every piece gets brown all over.
03 - Spread your potato cubes out in the basket and cook them for about 15 minutes.
04 - Spray your air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
05 - Preheat the air fryer for around 3 minutes at 200°C.
06 - Toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic, both types of salt and pepper, Parmesan, and the chopped parsley in a medium bowl. Make sure everything gets coated.
07 - Peel your potatoes and chop them into cubes about 2.5 cm in size.
