Zesty Chicken Rice (Printable Recipe Version)

Zesty slow-cooked chicken with rice made with jalapeños and salsa. Perfect for tacos or enchiladas.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - Diced jalapeños (seeds out)
02 - Chopped white onion
03 - Boneless chicken breasts (no skin)
04 - Plain white rice

→ Seasonings

05 - Paprika
06 - Salt with garlic
07 - Crushed red pepper flakes
08 - Black pepper
09 - 'Slap Ya Mama' mix

→ Sauce

10 - Herdez Guacamole Salsa

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Coat your crockpot with a non-stick spray, lay down the onion and jalapeño.
02 - Place the chicken on top, then dust everything evenly with the spices.
03 - Drizzle the guacamole salsa all over the chicken pieces.
04 - Close the lid and set to high for 4–5 hours or on low for 7–8 hours.
05 - Toss your rice in during the last half-hour of cooking time.
