Creamy Chicken Bake (Printable Recipe Version)

Oven-baked juicy chicken wrapped in creamy parmesan and fresh herbs. Seriously good every bite.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Stuff

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

→ Creamy Marinade

02 - 30 ml melted butter
03 - 3 g dried Italian herbs
04 - 15 ml fresh lemon juice
05 - 2 g salt
06 - 2 g paprika
07 - 3 g garlic powder
08 - 120 ml mayonnaise
09 - 3 g onion powder
10 - 2 g black pepper, ground
11 - 15 ml Dijon mustard
12 - 60 g Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

→ To Finish

13 - a little chopped parsley for sprinkling

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Right before serving, throw the parsley on and get that chicken on plates while it’s still hot.
02 - When it comes out of the oven, set the chicken aside for 5 minutes. This helps keep it juicy.
03 - Take the foil off. Let the chicken cook in the oven for 5–10 more minutes so it gets golden and looks tasty.
04 - Cover your baking dish with foil. Bake the chicken for 25–30 minutes till it hits 74°C in the center.
05 - Pour out any marinade left all over the chicken in your dish. Don’t let any of that saucy goodness go to waste.
06 - Stick the chicken breasts into a greased dish. Spread the marinade all over, coating every side.
07 - Set your oven to 190°C and let it heat up.
08 - Grab a bowl and mix up mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Parmesan, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian herbs, black pepper, lemon juice, melted butter, and salt till smooth and blended.

01 - Want an even cheesier crust? Throw some extra Parmesan on top before the last bake to really get it bubbly and golden.
