Right before serving, throw the parsley on and get that chicken on plates while it’s still hot.

When it comes out of the oven, set the chicken aside for 5 minutes. This helps keep it juicy.

Take the foil off. Let the chicken cook in the oven for 5–10 more minutes so it gets golden and looks tasty.

Cover your baking dish with foil. Bake the chicken for 25–30 minutes till it hits 74°C in the center.

Pour out any marinade left all over the chicken in your dish. Don’t let any of that saucy goodness go to waste.

Stick the chicken breasts into a greased dish. Spread the marinade all over, coating every side.

Set your oven to 190°C and let it heat up.

Grab a bowl and mix up mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Parmesan, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian herbs, black pepper, lemon juice, melted butter, and salt till smooth and blended.
