Ultimate Loaded Nachos Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces tortilla chips
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
04 - 1/4 cup water
05 - 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
06 - 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

→ Additional Toppings

07 - 1/2 cup sour cream
08 - 1/2 cup guacamole
09 - 1/3 cup sliced olives
10 - 1/2 cup fresh salsa
11 - 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
12 - 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños or pickled jalapeños
13 - 1/4 cup diced red onion
14 - 1/4 cup sliced green onion

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and use a spoon to break up the meat. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until fully cooked through. Drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning, stir, and cook for 60 to 90 seconds.
03 - Pour in water and add refried beans. Stir together and cook until heated through. Keep warm.
04 - Layer the tortilla chips on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish. Sprinkle 2 cups of cheese over the chips, then dot with the beef and bean mixture. Top with the remaining 2 cups of cheese.
05 - Place the dish in the oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
06 - Remove from the oven and add desired additional toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, salsa, or olives. Serve warm and enjoy.
