Turkey Garlic Herb Bake (Printable Recipe Version)

Juicy baked turkey fillet with a garlic-herb marinade, super tasty and so tender from the oven

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Meat

01 - 2 turkey breast fillets, each about 450 g

→ Marinade

02 - 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
05 - 0.5 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
06 - 0.5 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
07 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
08 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
09 - 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar
10 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Take the skillet out of the oven with the turkey in it. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, then cut into slices and serve.
02 - In a cast iron or any oven-safe pan, heat the rest of the olive oil on medium-high. Sear each turkey fillet for 3–4 minutes per side until they're golden.
03 - Turn your oven up to 200°C with top and bottom heat.
04 - Pop the turkey fillets into the bowl, coat them really well in the marinade. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or if you're not in a hurry, overnight.
05 - In a big bowl, blend apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil until smooth.
