# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Fats and Oils

01 - 30 milliliters olive oil
02 - 56 grams unsalted butter, split

→ Aromatics and Seasonings

03 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - Salt, as much as you want
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 4 cloves garlic, chopped small

→ Fresh Herbs

07 - Chopped parsley for topping

→ Protein

08 - 680 grams chicken breast or thighs, boneless skinless, chopped small

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Toss some chopped parsley right on top and dig in while it's still warm.
02 - Slide that chicken back in the pan and stir until it's all glossy with the garlicky butter. Give it a couple more minutes so the flavors hang out together.
03 - Toss the last bit of butter in the pan you've been using. Add garlic and keep it moving for about a minute, just till it smells amazing.
04 - Set your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil plus half your butter. Drop in the chicken and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes, mixing now and then, until it's browned and done inside. Move the chicken to a plate so it doesn't overcook.
05 - Dry your chicken pieces off, then shake on salt, pepper, and paprika so they're coated all over.

# Extra Information:

01 - Let your chicken sit out a bit so it's not ice-cold. It cooks up nicer and browns way better.
