# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 1/4 cup water or beef broth.
02 - 1 teaspoon minced ginger.
03 - 1 green bell pepper, cut into slices.
04 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
05 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
06 - 1 pound sliced beef steak (flank, ribeye, or sirloin).
07 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
08 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into slices.
09 - 2 tablespoons oil for cooking.
10 - 1 tablespoon oyster-based sauce.
11 - 1 onion, sliced thin.

# Steps to Make It:
