Cheesy Taco Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 packet of taco spices
02 - 1 lb of ground beef

→ Assembly

03 - 5 cheese sticks made of colby jack and cheddar, cut in two
04 - 1 roll of premade pizza dough

→ Topping

05 - 1 tsp parsley (dried)
06 - 4 tbsp butter, liquefied
07 - 1 tsp garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Crank your oven up to 400°F and get a baking tray ready with some parchment paper.
02 - Cook your beef until crumbly and browned over medium heat, get rid of the grease, then mix in your taco seasonings as directed.
03 - Spread out your pizza dough on a lightly floured countertop and cut it into ten sections.
04 - Take a piece of dough, add a scoop of meat and half a piece of cheese. Roll it shut, pinching the sides carefully so the cheese stays put.
05 - Combine your melted butter, dried parsley, and garlic powder, then smear it all over the taco rolls.
06 - Pop the sticks in the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden. Give them a few minutes to cool down before eating – the cheese will be lava-hot!

# Notes:

01 - Toss in some chopped peppers or jalapeños for an extra zing with the beef.
02 - Make sure you pinch those edges tight to keep the cheesy goodness inside.
03 - They taste awesome dipped in sour cream or salsa!
