In a medium-sized pot, warm up the butter and sweetener over medium heat.

Keep whisking until the sweetener fully melts into the butter.

Take the pot off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract.

Throw in the walnuts and stir everything around so they’re coated.

Spread it all out on parchment paper and leave it for half an hour to set.

Separate the nuts into smaller pieces and dig in.
