Sweet Coffee Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup canola oil.
02 - 2 1/2 cups of regular flour.
03 - 1 small spoon of ground cinnamon.
04 - 1 cup of buttermilk.
05 - 1 big egg.
06 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
07 - 1 cup packed brown sugar.
08 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
09 - 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
10 - 1 cup chopped walnuts.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and adjust the rack so it’s in the middle.
02 - Grease a 9x13 baking dish and keep it nearby.
03 - Stir together the flour, both sugars, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Add in the oil at the end.
04 - Scoop out about 3/4 cup of the dry mix and toss it with the walnuts. Set this aside—this is your topping.
05 - Throw in the baking soda and powder, then stir well.
06 - Gently mix the egg and buttermilk into the dry ingredients until it’s just blended.
07 - Pour the batter into your greased dish and sprinkle that walnut mixture on top.
08 - Pop it into the oven for 35 minutes. It’s done when a toothpick comes out clean.
09 - Take it out and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes before touching.
10 - Slice it up, serve, and dig in!
