Strawberry Kiss Cookies (Printable Recipe Version)

Soft pink cookies made from strawberry-flavored cake mix, sprinkled with sugar, and finished with a chocolate kiss on top. Perfect for special moments!

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 22 Hershey Kisses, without wrappers
02 - Regular sugar for rolling

→ Cookie Base

03 - 1 tablespoon milk
04 - 2 whole eggs
05 - 1 box strawberry-flavored cake mix
06 - A quarter cup of vegetable oil
07 - 2 tablespoons plain all-purpose flour

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Get your oven warming to 375°F. Cover a couple of baking trays with parchment paper.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, stir together the eggs and vegetable oil until the mixture looks smooth.
03 - Add your cake mix and flour first, then splash in the milk. Keep mixing until it comes together into dough.
04 - Take about 2 tablespoons of dough, shape into balls, and coat them in granulated sugar. Chill everything in the fridge for at least an hour.
05 - Put one tray in the oven at a time and bake for 8–10 minutes. Let the extra dough hang out in the fridge until it’s ready.
06 - The second they’re out of the oven, push a Hershey Kiss into the center of each warm cookie. Allow the cookies to fully cool before touching them.
