Get your oven warming to 375°F. Cover a couple of baking trays with parchment paper.

In a big mixing bowl, stir together the eggs and vegetable oil until the mixture looks smooth.

Add your cake mix and flour first, then splash in the milk. Keep mixing until it comes together into dough.

Take about 2 tablespoons of dough, shape into balls, and coat them in granulated sugar. Chill everything in the fridge for at least an hour.

Put one tray in the oven at a time and bake for 8–10 minutes. Let the extra dough hang out in the fridge until it’s ready.

The second they’re out of the oven, push a Hershey Kiss into the center of each warm cookie. Allow the cookies to fully cool before touching them.
