# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
02 - ⅓ cup sour cream.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - ¼ cup strawberry syrup.
05 - 36 vanilla cream cookies.
06 - 1 large egg.
07 - 15.25 ounces of strawberry-flavored cake mix.
08 - ½ cup melted salted butter.
09 - 3 tablespoons heavy cream.
10 - 1 cup white chocolate chips.
11 - ⅓ cup powdered sugar.
12 - 8 ounces whipped topping.
13 - Fresh strawberries for decoration (optional).

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F and coat a 9×13-inch pan with some nonstick spray.
02 - Combine the cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream. Stir until silky smooth, then fold in the chocolate chips.
03 - Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 18-23 minutes. Let it cool completely after baking to avoid melting the frosting.
04 - Whip the cream cheese with powdered sugar until it'll hold some air. Blend in sour cream and vanilla, then gently fold in the whipped topping.
05 - Spread the frosting over the cooled brownie base. Grind up the cookies using a food processor, stir in strawberry syrup, and sprinkle this over the frosting layer.
06 - Put it in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour to set. You can toss on fresh strawberry slices at the end if you want.

# Extra Information:

01 - Keep leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
02 - Serve them cold, no heating needed.
03 - You can make the brownies and frosting a day in advance.
