Heat your oven to 350°F and coat a 9×13-inch pan with some nonstick spray.

Combine the cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream. Stir until silky smooth, then fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 18-23 minutes. Let it cool completely after baking to avoid melting the frosting.

Whip the cream cheese with powdered sugar until it'll hold some air. Blend in sour cream and vanilla, then gently fold in the whipped topping.

Spread the frosting over the cooled brownie base. Grind up the cookies using a food processor, stir in strawberry syrup, and sprinkle this over the frosting layer.

Put it in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour to set. You can toss on fresh strawberry slices at the end if you want.
