Quick Strawberry Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownies

01 - 1 teaspoon of strawberry flavoring
02 - 1/3 cup of melted salted butter
03 - 2 eggs, large size
04 - 1 boxed strawberry-flavored cake mix

→ Glaze

05 - 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
06 - 3/4 cup of powdered sugar
07 - 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Cover your pan with parchment paper and give it a quick spray with nonstick spray.
02 - Stir together the cake mix, eggs, melted butter, and the strawberry flavoring till it’s all mixed well.
03 - Pour the batter evenly across the pan. Bake it for 18 to 25 minutes, checking with a toothpick to see if it comes out clean.
04 - Once cooled, spread the glaze over the top. Whip up glaze ingredients beforehand. When done, cut into smaller pieces.

# Notes:

01 - Swap butter for oil if you prefer.
02 - Don’t worry if baking time changes slightly.
03 - Can give you between nine to twelve servings, depending on portion sizes.
