Honey BBQ Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wing Seasoning

01 - Salt and black pepper, freshly ground, as much as you like
02 - 2 lbs of chicken wings, make sure they're dry

→ Sticky Sweet Glaze

03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1/2 cup of golden honey
05 - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
06 - 1/2 cup any BBQ sauce you love
07 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne if you like a spicy kick (optional)
08 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
09 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
10 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ Topping

11 - Finely chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay aluminum foil on a baking tray and place a wire rack on it. This trick works wonders for crispy wings!
02 - Use paper towels to dry your wings thoroughly—it’s all about that crunch. Season them well with pepper and salt.
03 - Combine honey, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and all those amazing spices. Whisk until the sauce is smooth and sticky.
04 - Throw the wings into a large bowl and give them a proper toss in the sauce until they're gleaming and evenly coated.
05 - Place the wings on the rack, making sure there’s space between them. Bake for 40-45 minutes and flip them halfway. They should look irresistibly golden by the end.
06 - Brush a bit more BBQ sauce on top in the last 5 minutes of baking. For an extra-crispy touch, broil for 2-3 minutes but keep a close eye!
07 - Let the wings cool briefly before sprinkling them with parsley. Serve warm with more sauce for dipping if you’re feeling generous.
