Sticky Sweet Chili Thighs (Printable Recipe Version)

Tender chicken thighs coated in a sweet and spicy chili glaze. Perfectly crispy in an air fryer or oven-baked.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
02 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
05 - 6 bone-in chicken thighs.
06 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
07 - 1 tablespoon avocado oil.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1 teaspoon lemon pepper.
10 - 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Dry off the chicken thighs with a paper towel and preheat your oven or air fryer to 375°F.
02 - Combine the oil and spices, then massage the mixture onto the chicken evenly.
03 - For air frying, set at 15 minutes. If using the oven, roast skin-side down for 20 minutes at 400°F.
04 - Stir together sesame oil, sweet chili sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauce until smooth.
05 - Brush the glaze generously over the chicken a few times and continue cooking till the internal temperature hits 165°F. This should take another 10 minutes.
06 - For a stickier finish, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
