Dry off the chicken thighs with a paper towel and preheat your oven or air fryer to 375°F.

Combine the oil and spices, then massage the mixture onto the chicken evenly.

For air frying, set at 15 minutes. If using the oven, roast skin-side down for 20 minutes at 400°F.

Stir together sesame oil, sweet chili sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauce until smooth.

Brush the glaze generously over the chicken a few times and continue cooking till the internal temperature hits 165°F. This should take another 10 minutes.
