Steak Stir Fry Broccolini (Printable Recipe Version)

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Vegetables

01 - 170 g broccolini, sliced
02 - 2 red bell peppers, sliced
03 - 1 yellow onion, diced
04 - 2 red chili peppers, thinly sliced

→ Protein

05 - 900 g flank steak, thinly sliced into strips

→ Cooking fat

06 - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) pork lard or oil of choice

→ Seasoning

07 - 2 teaspoons (10 g) salt, divided

→ Sauce

08 - 2 tablespoons (30 g) mayonnaise
09 - 1 tablespoon (7 g) smoked paprika
10 - 1 tablespoon (10 g) garlic powder
11 - 80 ml soy sauce
12 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) oyster sauce
13 - 2 tablespoons (16 g) cornstarch
14 - 180 ml hot water

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Slice broccolini, red bell peppers, yellow onion, and red chili peppers uniformly.
02 - Heat a large pan over medium heat, add pork lard or preferred oil. Add sliced vegetables with half the salt and sauté for approximately 15 minutes until softened. Remove from the pan and set aside.
03 - In the same pan, add sliced flank steak and season with the remaining salt. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes until fully browned and cooked through.
04 - Add sautéed vegetables back to the pan with the steak and mix thoroughly to combine.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, smoked paprika, garlic powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and hot water until fully smooth.
06 - Pour sauce over steak and vegetable mixture, stirring to ensure even coating. Simmer for 5–10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
07 - Serve hot over steamed rice if desired.
