01 - 2 tablespoons pork lard or oil of choice
02 - 6 oz Broccolini, sliced
03 - 2 red bell peppers, sliced
04 - 1 yellow onion, diced
05 - 2 red chili peppers, thinly sliced
06 - 2 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced into strips
07 - 2 teaspoons salt, divided

→ Sauce

08 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
09 - 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
10 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
11 - ⅓ cup soy sauce
12 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
13 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch
14 - ¾ cup hot water

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Slice the broccolini, red bell peppers, yellow onion, and red chili peppers. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of pork lard or preferred oil. Once heated, add the vegetables with 1 teaspoon of salt and sauté for about 15 minutes until softened. Remove from the pan and set aside.
02 - In the same pan, add the sliced flank steak and season with the remaining 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook over medium heat for 5–10 minutes, or until the steak is fully cooked and browned. Add the sautéed vegetables back to the pan and mix everything together.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, smoked paprika, garlic powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and hot water until smooth.
04 - Pour the sauce over the steak and vegetables in the pan, stirring to coat everything evenly. Let it simmer for 5–10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
05 - Once the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency, serve the stir fry over steamed rice and enjoy!
