Hot Honey Salmon Bite (Printable Recipe Version)

Juicy salmon chunks seasoned and air-fried, then topped with a spicy honey glaze that’s irresistible.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Salmon Prep

01 - Skinless salmon, cut into 1-inch pieces (1½ pounds)
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin preferred)
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
05 - 1 teaspoon powdered onion
06 - 1 teaspoon coarse salt
07 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Honey Butter Sauce

08 - 3 tablespoons room-temperature butter (unsalted)
09 - ¼ cup hot honey (bought or DIY)
10 - Chopped parsley for a fresh garnish

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Set your air fryer to 390°F and let it heat up first.
02 - Mix oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Toss your salmon chunks in there and make sure everything gets an even coat.
03 - Lay the salmon pieces flat (don’t stack them) in the basket of your air fryer. If your fryer is small, you may need to go in batches. Cook for about 9-10 minutes, giving the basket a shake midway. Make sure they reach 140-145°F inside.
04 - While the salmon's cooking, grab a saucepan. Heat up the butter and hot honey on medium until it’s melted and smooth. Once combined, shut off the heat.
05 - Transfer the cooked salmon bites into the saucepan with the warm honey butter. Gently toss till all pieces are glazed. Sprinkle with parsley and serve while still warm.

# Extra Information:

01 - Using an oven instead? Cook at 400°F on a baking sheet for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through.
02 - Don’t overcrowd the fryer; cook the salmon in smaller batches if needed.
03 - Prefer less spice? Swap hot honey for plain honey to tone it down.
