Bang Bang Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seasoned Salmon

01 - 16 ounces of salmon fillets, no skin
02 - 1 tsp onion powder
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tbsp olive oil
05 - 1/4 tsp cayenne (optional for heat)
06 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
07 - Salt and ground black pepper to your liking

→ Sauce (Bang Bang Style)

08 - 1/4 cup of mayo
09 - 1 tsp honey
10 - 1 tsp of fresh lime juice
11 - 2 tbsp Thai chili sauce (sweet)
12 - 1 tsp of sriracha

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the salmon into cubes about an inch thick. In a mixing bowl, mix together the salmon with olive oil, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne (if you like it spicy), and some salt & pepper.
02 - Warm up a non-stick pan on medium-high. Drop in the seasoned salmon chunks and let them sizzle for around 2-3 minutes on each side until they’re nice and golden.
03 - Set your oven to 400°F. Place the salmon pieces spaced out on a tray with parchment paper. Bake them for 10-12 minutes until the salmon is just done.
04 - Get your air fryer warmed up to 375°F. Space out the salmon chunks in the basket so they’re in one layer. Let them cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
05 - While waiting on your salmon, stir the mayo, honey, lime juice, sriracha, and Thai sweet chili sauce in a bowl until smooth.
06 - Either gently coat the cooked salmon with the sauce or pour the sauce over them. If you'd like, sprinkle with sesame seeds, green onions, or cilantro as a topping.

# Notes:

01 - Any of the three cooking ways (stovetop, oven, air fryer) will work. Use whichever's easiest for you.
02 - If you like more or less heat, tweak the cayenne or sriracha.
03 - You can mix the sauce ahead of time—it’ll last for 3 days in the fridge.
