01 -
Slice the salmon into cubes about an inch thick. In a mixing bowl, mix together the salmon with olive oil, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne (if you like it spicy), and some salt & pepper.
02 -
Warm up a non-stick pan on medium-high. Drop in the seasoned salmon chunks and let them sizzle for around 2-3 minutes on each side until they’re nice and golden.
03 -
Set your oven to 400°F. Place the salmon pieces spaced out on a tray with parchment paper. Bake them for 10-12 minutes until the salmon is just done.
04 -
Get your air fryer warmed up to 375°F. Space out the salmon chunks in the basket so they’re in one layer. Let them cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
05 -
While waiting on your salmon, stir the mayo, honey, lime juice, sriracha, and Thai sweet chili sauce in a bowl until smooth.
06 -
Either gently coat the cooked salmon with the sauce or pour the sauce over them. If you'd like, sprinkle with sesame seeds, green onions, or cilantro as a topping.
