# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 12 eggs, large size.
02 - Half a cup of mayo.
03 - Two tablespoons each of chopped green peppers and celery.
04 - One tablespoon mustard, classic yellow.
05 - Around 1-2 teaspoons of cajun spices.
06 - Half a teaspoon of onion seasoning.
07 - Chopped green onions for topping.
08 - Extra cajun seasoning for sprinkling over.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Put eggs in a pot with cold water. Heat until boiling, cover, then take it off the burner. Leave them to sit for 12 minutes.
02 - Transfer the eggs into a bowl of icy water to cool down fully. Peel the shells when they’re easy to remove.
03 - Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop yolks into a mixing bowl, then arrange the whites on a serving plate.
