Spicy Creamy Ranch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 chipotle pepper and 2 tsp adobo sauce.
02 - 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix.
03 - 1 cup sour cream.
04 - 1 cup mayo.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into your blender or food processor.
02 - Blend till it gets super smooth.
03 - Chill it and pair with salads or taquitos.

# Notes:

01 - Regular or low-fat mayo and sour cream both work.
02 - Add extra chipotle if you want more kick.
03 - Keep it cold when serving.
