Spicy Baked Beans Crockpot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 28 ounces light red kidney beans, drained (2 14-ounce cans)
02 - 28 ounces great northern beans, drained (2 14-ounce cans)
03 - 28 ounces Pork & Beans, undrained (2 14-ounce cans)
04 - 1 medium yellow or white onion, diced small, about 1¼ cups worth
05 - ½ cup light brown sugar
06 - ½ cup ketchup
07 - ¼ cup molasses
08 - 3 tablespoons Cholula hot sauce
09 - 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
10 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all the ingredients in a crock-pot. Stir to combine.
02 - Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or on LOW for 8-10 hours.
03 - Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - This dish can be enhanced by adding one pound of cooked ground beef, sausage, or bacon if desired.
