→ Toppings

10 - Chopped green onion, 2 tablespoons
11 - Sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a bowl and stir together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Set it aside when smooth.
02 - Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper on both sides of the cod pieces.

04 - Pour the marinade into the pan, reduce the heat, and let everything simmer for about 3-4 minutes. Spoon that sauce over the fish while it cooks.
05 - Place the cod on plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and toss some green onions on top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftovers in the fridge for no more than 2 days.
02 - Pairs nicely with steamed veggies or white rice.
03 - Add hearty greens like bok choy while simmering, if you’d like.
